The International Forum for Responsible Tourism took place during 29th – 31th of March 2013, in Bucharest, Romania. The event was organised by the Amphitheatre Foundation with the support of the Centre for Industrial Economics and Services of the Romanian Academy.
The International Forum for Responsible Tourism created a media and communication platform among experts in the touristic field, in order to promote the new concept of responsible tourism in the entire world and reveal the importance of this concept in a coherent touristic, economic and social development process.
The second edition focused on the local realities and the specific ways in promoting community  identities, values and environmental particularities.
